You’re invited to join the American Lung Association, lung health advocates, bicycle enthusiasts, and key leaders of the community to cheer on Big Ride cyclists as they reach the end of their journey on Saturday, August 4th and cross the finish line in Washington, D.C.!
Big Ride Across America is a seven week, 3,300 mile bicycle ride from Seattle to Washington, D.C. to raise money and awareness for the American Lung Association. Throughout the journey, cyclists will:
• Consume over 1,400 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches;
• Drink nearly 800 gallons of sports drinks;
• Have burned more than 2,600,000 calories, and;
• Each cyclist will have raised at least $6,000 for the American Lung Association!
