Revive Events & Catering Wins Best Dish and Celebrates By Opening Doors Friday 

Washington, DC (March 27, 2013) – Washington, DC based catering and event design company Revive DC Events & Catering received the highest honor at Sunday night’s Capital Area Food Bank Blue Jeans Ball. The Florida avenue based eatery was was awarded “Top Dish” for their crowd pleasing Carrot Ginger Soup with a Coconut Foam.

Revive was in good company that evening. The reception welcomed nearly 800 guests who noshed on dishes from  well-known area restaurants like Ris, Good Stuff Eatery, and Chef Geoff’s but it was Revive who was recognized with the coveted “Top Dish” award. But most importantly the casual attire ball raised $316,000 to help their DC area neighbors who struggle with hunger.

In celebration of the “Top Dish” award, and in conjunction with Good Friday. Revive will open their doors this Friday, March 29th for a one day only “Revive DC Relaunch preview.” As an arm of the catering company, Revive also offers a carry-out location which is set for a grand-repoening later this spring. This Friday from 11am-6pm the shop will feature the following special menu:
